How to Use Green Tea As a Fat Burner

Weight loss is a topic that is on the mind of many people around the world. Whether you are dieting like crazy, running half-marathons every week (or even both), it is possible to supplement your efforts by using a green tea fat burner on a regular basis.

Green tea contains a lot of great anti-oxidants, most importantly one going by the name of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG). This anti-oxidant is great for your health and research has showed that it is many more times powerful than vitamin E as an anti-oxidant.

EGCG has been linked to reducing or ameliorating the symptoms of many modern diseases such as various forms of cancers, high cholesterol levels, heart attacks, arthritis, impaired immune function, tooth decay and also obesity.

It is no wonder then that green tea has been used by the Chinese for hundreds of years. They have been using it to treat a whole variety of ailments, supposedly everything from headaches to depression.

One of the positive effects is that the rate of metabolism is increased, hence making it great for weight loss purposes by increasing the burning of calories. Also, your blood sugar levels are regulated more effectively, which is great if you have consumed too many carbohydrates.

Acting as a stimulant green tea extract will also give you the opportunity to increase the intensity of your workout, which in turn increases the rate of how fast you burn fat.

While it is certainly possible to help lose weight by using a green tea fat burner in liquid form, it is not always the best solution.

How many cups should you drink a day? There is not really a consensus on how many cups of tea you should drink to help burn fat. Numerous reports have stated getting positive results by drinking everything from three to ten cups a day.

While drinking several cups of tea a day may help you burn fat and lose weight, in the long run it may simply be a logistical problem. In addition, the caffeine content can lead to sleep-deprivation.

So what do you do? A green tea fat burner in the form of a nutritional supplement can be an alternative. While there are many of these nutritional supplements on the market, many of them include caffeine.

Optimally then, you would need to find a find a de-caffeinated nutritional supplement. This is an effective way to get the benefits without having to worry about the potential negative effects of too much caffeine.

A supplement combining the positive effects of a green tea fat burner with the positive effects of added vitamins and minerals would be even better. Just remember that a nutritional supplement is not the end cure when wanting to lose weight and burn more fat. It should be seen as complimentary to a healthy diet and regular exercise.

Isner v Mahut: who are you rooting for?

My favourite story about last-year’s epic 11-hour, three-day tennis match between John Isner and Nicolas Mahut concerns some of the spectators.

Played on Wimbledon’s humble outside court 18, the 700 seats for the contest between two unseeded players were, on day one, not hot tickets.

But by the final day of the contest, a famous tennis commentator was so keen to see the conclusion that he allegedly pulled the “Do you know who I am?” trick to nab a seat originally claimed by a long-queuing member of the public.

News that Isner and Mahut have drawn each other again, provoked a ripple of astonishment which spread far beyond the locker rooms. How could this match possibly live up to the 2010 one, which Isner clinched 70-68 in a deciding set which was four hours longer than the previous-longest tennis match in history?

I used the Brandwatch social media monitoring tool to measure reaction to news of the re-match and try and gain some Hawkeye-sharp insights into who might have more support.

From June 13 to June 16th the graph showing the number of mentions was as flat and level as the top of a tennis net, averaging about 100 mentions per day.

Then on Friday, June 17th, Wimbledon’s draw commitee, amid Masonic levels of secrecy, mysteriously paired the two together. This resulted in mentions of Isner suddenly bouncing as high as one of his kick serves – to 2,773. Mahut, as he always does, ran Isner close – garnering 2,700 mentions.

Sentiment

The sentiment relating to mentions of Isner were 12 per cent positive and five per cent negative (83 per cent were neutral).

Mahut’s sentiment was also five per cent negative but he just edged Isner as 13 per cent of his mentions were positive. It’s always nice to support an underdog – especially won who served 62 times to stay in the match before losing!

‘Negative’ statements

The mild nature of the negative statements posted about Mahut reveal the affection that tennis fans feel for both players. Ellen Sinclair tweeted: “Hope Isner wins as I have the biggest tennis crush ever on John Isner”. Ellen was keen to stress: “I have nothing against Mahut but really want Isner to be around Wimbledon for as long as possible”

Rusedski

Greg Rusedski’s assessment was a little more professional, the Canadian tweeted: “Just heard I might be doing Mahut v Isner. Say it isn’t so. That means I will only need to do one match from Tuesday.”

Overall, the reaction on Twitter was as quick as a blocked Agassi service return (Twitter produced about 86 per cent of the total response across social networking sites and news outlets).

Twitter reaction

Cooney 83 reflected many people’s opinions by saying: “Court 18 again, please put Layani as chair umpire too, but plan a couple of bathroom breaks this time.” Perhaps they could have the same spectators too?

Allballsallowed on wordpress.com worked out the odds of them being drawn together:  “I can confirm it is 142.5/1.”

Fix?

Exicanha Dancer, a top contributor on Yahoo Answers, posed a thought that many of us tennis cynics hadn’t dared say out loud: “I think Wimbledon is trying to fix the draws. They were probably going to put Serena vs Venus in the 3rd round (seeded 8 and 24) but Kim Clijsters had to withdraw.”

On June 18th, mentions of the two players plummeted like a drop shot to 799 but it is sure to be a different story on Tuesday, when the two friends and rivals step on court again.

So based on the social media monitoring, who will have the most support?

Overall, Mahut was mentioned 4,954 times, whereas Isner was mentioned 5,006 times.

Conclusion

But if you factor in the fact that Mahut has a name which is more difficult to spell and that Isner is higher-seeded and (apparently) scores more highly on the eye-candy scoreboard, the Frenchman could claim a pyrrhic victory.

But Mahut is unlikely to pay much heed to statistics. He actually won more points during the course of that historic match and still lost!

Cher Tickets : The Singer Made A Guest Appearance In Qatar

Qatar opened Thursday at the film festival in Doha. The gala evening was held at the Museum of Islamic Art, a magical place designed by the architect Pei to whom we owe the Louvre Pyramid. Many personalities of the cinema have made the trip, such as director Martin Scorsese, Jean Jacques Annaud and Elia Suleiman, but also the beautiful muse L’Oreal, Afef Jnifen.

Saturday on the sidelines of the festival and at the same place, Princess Sheikha Al Massaya, daughter of the Emir of Qatar, gave a gala evening for its association Rota (Reach Out to Asia). This charitable organization helps the poor, particularly in Asia, and directs its action on education.

The huge Cher made the trip for this great evening. The icon has made a break from her marathon series of concerts in Las Vegas where she performed last year. As it did before Tom Jones, Celine Dion and Elton John, the singer offers a Believe show at the height of eccentricity at Caesars Palace.

In the late 60s, with Sonny Bono Cher formed a duo that was a huge success. Together they had a daughter who recently became … a man Chaz Bono, flourishing today alongside his girlfriend Jennifer Elia. Cher then pursued a solo career and a string of film roles as The Witches of Eastwick (recently adapted into TV series) and Lightning Moon which earned him an Oscar for best actress.

In 1987, Cher revived her recording career after a five-year hiatus, under the coordination of rock producer and A&R man John Kalodner.

Now with Geffen Records, Cher released the first of three highly successful rock albums, featuring songwriting contributions from the likes of Diane Warren, Jon Bon Jovi, Richie Sambora, Desmond Child, Mark Mangold and Michael Bolton.Darlene Love and Bonnie Tyler provided guest vocals.

Cher was released in 1987, and featured the comeback single “I Found Someone” written by Michael Bolton and Mark Mangold (previously a minor hit for Laura Branigan), as well as “We All Sleep Alone” (#14, 1988). The album was a big hit, being certified Platinum in the U.S. and selling three million copies worldwide.

In 1989, Cher released the album Heart of Stone. As on her previous album, Michael Bolton, Jon Bon Jovi, Diane Warren and Desmond Child handled songwriting and/or producing duties. The album was originally released with cover artwork featuring Cher sitting in front of a heart made of stone, creating the illusion of a skull. Heart of Stone would prove to be very successful, having sold 5,100,000 copies worldwide, and certified 3x Platinum by the RIAA.

The album’s biggest hit came with the rock hymn “If I Could Turn Back Time”, which topped the charts in Australia for seven non-consecutive weeks, peaked at #3 in the U.S., reached #6 in the UK[81] and charted in various other countries around the globe. Further hits from the album were “Just Like Jesse James”, “Heart of Stone”, and it also contained the hit duet with Peter Cetera, “After All”, #6 in U.S.

The video for “If I Could Turn Back Time” caused controversy, because in it Cher wore a skimpy, see-through net outfit, which revealed a “butterfly” tattoo on her buttocks. Many networks on television, including MTV, initially refused to air the video because of the “partial nudity”. MTV network eventually played the video, but only after 9 p.m.

Cher launched the Heart of Stone Tour, which played throughout 1989 and 1990 in various parts of the world. She also starred in the television special Cher Live at the Mirage, which was filmed during a live concert in Las Vegas.

Among the other guests, the artist Jeff Koons Versailles, which had returned with a large exhibition last year, and ex-husband of La Cicciolina – was accompanied by his new wife. Cherie Blair, the vivacious wife of former Prime Minister Blair anglaisTony, played the game of a thousand and one nights in djellaba.

Director Mira Nair soon to be released with Amelia starring Hilary Swank and Sir Ben Kingsley and his wife Daniela Lavender also attended the event. This great stage actor will soon be showing two highly anticipated films: Prince of Persia and Martin Scorsese’s Shutter Island.

Nike Divine Glory Shines Advertising Obsessed Adi Humanity

1972 NIKE Nike founder PhilKnight launched the first of the greatest Advertisement : “Fourofthetopsevenfinishers”. It turns out the Olympic marathon in 1972, the first seven players reached the finishing line, there are four wearing Nike Sports shoes At that time the top three were wearing Adidas (Adidas). As a world class sporting goods with the brand, from Nike and Adidas will be in their ad campaigns to show their talents, have done their best, doing my part. Nike is undoubtedly the number one brand in sports, but there has been advertising campaign flaw can not be ignored; Although Adidas second place, but a period of time, its advertising hard-edged, hard act to Nike.

1, Nike’s deification flaw

As also deified, deified also lost

Really started knitting fitness (health) and to build a sports culture, the spirit is the apotheosis of Nike advertising campaign. “It (Nike) to brand loyalty evolved into a new belief, the use of advertising to sports stars deification, their unique language in the advertisement is also unforgettable.” The myth of the advertising campaign, of course to Mike? Jordan to represent sports stars advertising and Justdoit typical advertising slogan. This is the break, “Nike created a language,” the key to the mystery. Therefore, we may be analyzed from two aspects of Nike, may get a deeper level of understanding.

PhilKnight has been a sacred sport cherished feeling. “Outstanding athletic ability, directly tackles each person’s faith, which is a capacity close to the original, a true great power, only because of the overall chaos of modern life, human beings in a very long period of time degradation of this capability. “Nike ad is contains this sacred color, religion with a complex package like sports, coupled with years of epic proportions Jordan, Nike will create a kind of secular religion?? synonymous with sports.

Nike ad in the divine nature possessed by the devil Forging

Nike sports tribe lives, sport itself has become a religion, sport has become a kind of religious activities; products Logo (symbol) is our religion, “Totem”, and religion It is through the ceremony, “Totem” consumer to complete, that is, the consumption of the product to completion. Nike is the clever movement of this “language”, the Nike sport evolved into the most influential tribal “totem”, as “dragon” in Chinese nation has the status of irreplaceable, like Nike’s ” “in the world gradually grabbed the top position of secular religion.

Most brilliant, if Nike can be attributed to Nike’s advertising campaign, then Nike’s huge setbacks in recent years should be blamed most of Nike’s advertising campaign. The fortunes of Xiang Yi, “It (Nike) is clearly from today’s barriers to its own success.” 10 years, the apotheosis of Nike advertising campaign embarked on the fast track of habit, gradually detached from the past that occlusion time thought the track, but strayed from talking to the “aphasia” in. Nike ad has been turned into a pure and empty ritual activities, no longer appeal to “ordinary” the emotional power of their hearts, but only became a super star formed the “gods” of the mouthpiece. Here, in addition to out of ordinary people, the lack of emotion is associated with a Nike ad for Nike gradually dried, a pyramid in the “mummy.”

Cannes Advertising Festival in 98 years, Gold’s Nike ad by plane works: “Fowler is on God”, is one of a footnote. Here, Nike’s advertising campaign has been sacred to the extreme interpretation of the state, in the past that implied the lines of the sacred color, was replaced by absolute deification, he would own Nike Lift the all-powerful “God” throne. This himself, self-raising ads, although the Nike Ji Feng into Sports religious offerings, but the lack of a keen sense for Hanlaishuwang and emotional connection to the public. “The wind will be blowing fashion a” high above the Nike one day will find that day in heaven, underground year, Nike is not Gan sooner or later fall into a crisis not embarrassed.

Second, human nature shine bright Adidas

Human nature, so that the victory belongs to Adidas

In Adidas ads will not appear in Nike’s aggressive and reckless powerful, but natural, peaceful, and real convergence, full of human truth. Black and white images, there is no need to exercise Shoe Traces, even diamond Adidas logo, but also faint and sheltered in the upper right corner. This contrast between the way we think of the ubiquitous ” ” (Nike logo) and “God in a mysterious way movement” in the “Fowler is God,” the conceited demeanor. Adidas just quietly shed space for movement of natural space exclusive audience, unlike ads, “Just do it” seems to be suppressed to suffocation. Adidas ad with a touch of more harmonious affinity: “AmakeyourownB”, here, A (Adidas) but your body B (Body) of the part, and truly become part of you, make you more perfect. (By contrast, Nike seems to always imply that the audience, you’re just part of Nike.) Adidas stressed that you feel comfortable. This is the same as the screen, regardless of high ranges, flood debris, you can “strolling.” All this is the Adidas mountain shoes and feel of its ads.

Starting Your Career in a Recession

A career is very much like a marathon. It’s long, it has up hills and down hills. It can take many twists and turns on the route. Starting a career in a recession is like beginning a marathon running up hill. It’s tough but it can be done. The smart runner would not attempt to run a marathon without planning and training. Your career requires the same thing: planning and training.

You need a plan which will identify goals. They need to be realistic and enable you to establish a proven track record of work experience. They also need to provide you opportunities to develop professional skills which will enhance the foundation of your career. In a recession, you will need to widen your net of career possibilities. Develop a broad range of goals that include your dream job as well as jobs that may not be your first choice but will get you much needed work experience. Target the industries which are robust and have positive hiring outlooks. They do exist but you will have to look harder to find them. For example, the insurance and financial services industries are hiring entry level professionals. Although you may not be interested in those industries, you can develop the professional skills you need and transfer them to an industry you’re more interested in when the economic climate improves..

Where do you start? First, don’t panic. You have many resources available at your finger tips.

Before you graduate:

• Visit your Career Services office. Check out their calendar of events. Are there any upcoming job fairs you can attend? Will any employers be interviewing on campus? They most likely will have some career tests you can take to begin thinking about possible career options. They may also have career counselors that can help you interpret the results or do a mock interview. Ask for help with your resume as well. Although Career Services offers services after graduation, it’s much easier to make use of their services while you are still on campus.
• Many jobs are not posted in a bad job market. When employers do hire, they will tend to ask their employees for referrals to fill a job. Make a list of contacts-friends, family, classmates, neighbors, previous co-workers-who you can approach for help.
• Meet with your alumni association. Make a list of alumni you can contact to network. People often overlook the alumni connection but it is a powerful tool. Alums love to help other alums.
• Ask your professors for ideas and job leads. Many employers approach the faculty directly if they are hiring. Again, it’s easier to use that connection before you graduate.
• Create a plan to identify any gaps in your background and find ways to fill those gaps. An internship, part time work or volunteer work can help do that.

After you graduate:

• Ask your contacts for help! Create your “commercial” which tells people who you are and what you are looking for. Use that commercial to tell everyone you know what type of job you want. Ask them for information, advice and/or job leads. Keep a record of everyone you speak with and be sure to follow up with them.
• 78% of all businesses in the United States have less than 100 employees. These companies may not be as visible or as well known so you will have to look harder for those opportunities. Online business journals and newspapers periodically list those companies. Accountants, financial advisors and insurance agents typically provide services for smaller companies. They may know of job opportunities and can also provide an introduction for you.
• Develop a list of employers to target and research those organizations. Learn who they are, what they do and identify what you can do for them. Then contact them. Explore any opportunity with these companies. Even if they only have internships, temporary work or volunteer work, you should seriously consider it. They will see you in action and you will no longer be an unknown quantity.

Finally, be patient. A marathon is a long race. It may take longer to jump start your career in a recession, but remember that the easier down hills will be coming. You want to make sure that when times change for the better, you have solid work experience and the professional skills to position yourself for that dream job.

For thousands of years the marathon has been embraced by hundreds or thousands of individuals in the globe. Professional marathon runners or amateurs alike flock to sprinting occasions to help a charity, for fun or for the sense of fulfillment.

Sporting affairs like such is very appealing to the public from all walks of life whether for competition or otherwise. The beginnings of the marathon was said to be in the nineteenth century although earlier origins are a mystery. Scores of historians deem that the marathon began during a war in 490 B.C. where Athenian and Persian citizens fought in an area close to Athens identified as Marathon. During that battle, the Athenians solicited assistance from, philadelphia a courier who, for almost two days, was able to travel over 150 miles.

This story, though it seems like a castle in the sky has had an influence on marathon’s history and its emergence in the earliest Olympics of 1896. How To Retain Muscle While Losing Fat

Under normal circumstances, most people will find that they will lose fat not muscle unless they are a frequent marathon runner for example.
Two methods that work well in losing weight are eliminating carbs from the diet and sporadic fasting.
Intermittent fasting involves fasting for short periods of time. When you do this right, your body will produce more HGH (which is the fat burning and muscle building hormone) AND your metabolism will not slow down. By fasting sporadically, you will limit the amount of calories you consume. When a body consumes less calories it burns fat. The benefit of a short-term fast is that it saves money, you don’t need to change the food you eat, and it can be done at any time.
Eliminating carbs from your diet simply means staying from all foods high in carbohydrates. More specifically, cutting out processed carbs like breads, pastas, sugars, rice and fruit juices. This significantly lowers your insulin levels. This prevents extra calories from being stored in fat cells. As you eliminate carbohydrate intake, the body will start attacking the fat for its needed energy. Excess fat will start to burn off quickly using this method.
Many people worry, however, that if they use this method of weight loss, they’ll begin to lose muscle also. This is a misconception that can be easily explained.
Muscles have the capacity of using both glycogen which comes from carbohydrates, and ketones which derive from fats, as sources of energy.
Resistance training such as lifting weights at the gym requires short intense bursts of energy. Other exercises that are limited and intense such as short sprints work the same way. ?Because the energy derived from fat is sufficient for these types of exercises, this helps you lose fat not muscle.
Those involved in prolonged endurance exercises need to fuel differently. When you do long drawn out aerobic activities, like marathon running, you absolutely need the glycogen from carbs.
By cutting out processed carbohydrates, you are getting carbohydrates from fruits and vegetables. ?These raw foods will give the body all the glycogen it needs to work.
Those who restrict carbohydrates will want to increase fat consumption so the body can draw on that as an energy source. If you eat processed carbs regularly, you should cut down your intake of fats to prevent the excess calories to be stored inside your body as fat.
Neither of these fat burning techniques will cause muscle loss. To build muscle and lose fat, switch to resistance exercises, and choose either short-term fasting or eliminating carbohydrates in your diet. This is the best way to lose fat not muscle.

How To Train Properly And Stay Motivated For Running

If you are interested in running a marathon, it is going to require a certain amount of training, and motivation. If you are finding yourself easily able to complete and enjoy training runs as you increase mileage, then that is a pretty good sign you are making positive progress toward achieving your running goals.

Great job! However, what if runs feel like a struggle or you seem to be making little progress?

It is normal for there to be days when runs just are not as easy as others. Those days here and there should not be confused with lack of progress, rather should be expected at times.

Your positive mental attitude will allow you to rise to the challenge on those days. If training for a marathon, it is not uncommon to experience a week somewhere late in training where you seem to hit a block.

Again, just be aware of that and allow your mental stamina to push you through. Areas of concern should be when you seem to be making little progress during the first quarter of a training program. Fortunately, often one little fix can make a big difference.

First, consider your pace. Are you trying to run too fast at the beginning of your training runs?

If so, that could not only lead to a more difficult run, but over time can lead to overtraining. Be sure to ease into each run and ensure that you can breathe easily while running.

You should be able to talk comfortably with a partner (or imaginary friend if running alone) during the workout. Train at a comfortable pace that allows you to complete the training without gasping for air.

Second, take a look at your diet and recovery time. The diet can have a major impact on the performance of your training runs.

Just like anything else in life, you get out of it what you put into it. Carbohydrates provide fuel, but protein is needed to repair muscle fibers.

Be sure to have a carbohydrate and protein rich snack within thirty minutes following each run to help your body recover and prepare itself for the next one. Take into consideration the amount of time you are allowing between each workout for recovery.

Perhaps a slight change in your schedule may allow more recovery time and lead to better results. Third, dedicate more time to developing the proper mindset and building mental stamina.

One easy method is to take just 5-10 minutes to lay quietly with your eyes closed and visualize yourself completing an enjoyable workout. If you expect the exercise or some part of it to be a challenge, then picture yourself in your mind approaching the obstacle and pushing through the finish.

This simple practice will get your subconscious mind working for you, acting as a heat seeking missile to bring your vision into reality. Again, it is often the little things that make a big difference.

Whether you are already making positive progress or just trying to get started, always look at the little things and do the little things right. What would drive someone to jump out of bed in the early morning hours and run for countless miles before most people even hear the alarm go off?

Are they crazy? Maybe, but probably not.

Once someone dedicates themselves to completing their marathon, whether as an avenue to lose weight, have more energy, look better, or simply live a healthy lifestyle, they begin to realize the full range of benefits that it will provide. It will then become a habit.

For many, it even becomes somewhat of an addiction (a good one). The “high” is just something they must have.

Frankly, it is about a lot more than just being in shape and looking good. It provides a great mental escape during the run.

This allows your mind to go free and thoughts to flow. It provides stress relief as one can not only feel good during and after the exercise (as those endorphins get pumping), but can relax and enjoy it, in the moment.

For many, it quickly becomes a spiritual thing. The challenge for many beginning people is getting to the point of habit.

While they may be motivated during the first weeks, they fall into the trap of making simple excuses to take a morning off and then find themselves losing motivation. Now get out there and hit the treadmill or the pavement!

Stuck in a Rut – 5 Fun Date Ideas

Are you already bored by the habitual dates that you and your partner are doing?  Is it becoming a drag?  Well, maybe, you and your partner need fun and exciting dates.  Enough with the movie marathon and instead do these 5 fun date ideas that you and your partner will surely enjoy.

Have you ever tried baking? If you haven’t, then, this is the right time to try it.  Bake something delicious and sweet for your partner and I’m sure you will both enjoy eating it with a bottle of wine on the side.  Or better yet make a contest on who can bake the best tasting cookie or brownie.  Call your friends and let them be the judge.  To be fair, blindfold your judges so, they can provide fair judgements.  Whoever wins will get a prize.  Make it memorable by giving a very nice prize for the winner.  Perhaps, an hour of massage after soaking in the tub will be perfect.  So, get that spatula ready and challenge your honey to a cooking fight that will make a boring evening fun and sexy.
Do you like watching romantic movies and then getting all cheesy when the character goes out on their perfect date?  Have you ever wished to have the same experience?  Well, what are you still waiting for?  Go grab your partner and make your movie date fantasy come true.  Whether it’s the pottery scene Demi Moore and Patrick Swayze did in Ghost, or the scavenger hunt in Amelie, you surely will never run out of sweet and romantic movies to copy from.  Instead of watching those romantic movies with your partner, do it in real life to enjoy a fun and better time with your sweetheart.
Do you like to play games?  One of the funniest games that will surely make both of you enjoy your time together without getting bored is a game of Frisbee.  Yes, enjoy a very active day of running and jumping then end your day with a picnic under a shady tree in the park.  But if you want more, spend the evening climbing.  Wall climbing inside a gym or a sports center can be an enjoyable evening with your partner.
One of a fun date ideas that I can say will make you both happy and feel good at the same time is by giving back.  You might ask what you will give, right?  Well it’s simple; life is good and you have each other.  So, why don’t you make other people happy by sharing the blessings that you have?  Enjoy a day at a homeless shelter to feed the needy or better yet visit an orphanage and volunteer for a day with the children.  You don’t need to donate money but if you have some, it’s not bad to give more since they really need it.  After that you will both feel happy and very satisfied.
Master the 26 kisses.  If both of you are already tired of doing active stuffs why don’t you just stay home and give your partner a kiss quiz.  Yes, it’s a little bit naughty but it is sure nice to know how many kisses your partner knows and by that you can always teach each other a trick or two.  You can also learn a new trick so set your record sheets and pucker up because you all know what they say, practice makes perfect.

These fun date ideas don’t require you to spend too much.  Just be sure that you both are open for new things and adventures to make every date memorable.

“Shaw has extensive refinery expertise and a strong reputation for helping customers meet clean fuels regulations at their plants,” said Lou Pucher, president of Shaw’s Energy & Chemicals Group. “We place a priority on understanding key environmental and economic drivers and working closely with our customers to ensure success.”
Most recently, Shaw management completed engineering and procurement services for another benzene reduction capital project at Marathon’s Catlettsburg, Ky., refinery and a 70,000 barrel per day heavy gas oil hydrocracker unit and 47,000 barrel per day kerosene hydrotreater unit at Marathon’s Garyville, La., refinery as part of that plant’s recent major expansion project. Last year, Shaw was awarded a maintenance, capital construction, turnaround support and specialty services contract for Marathon’s Texas Refining Division.
The undisclosed value of the new contract will be included in Shaw’s Energy & Chemicals segment’s backlog of unfilled orders in the third quarter of fiscal year 2010.
